Facial Skin Care Products

Product Reviews, Reviews 1 Comment »

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

I believe that it is the smaller unknown companies that provide the best anti aging and natural skin care products at the best price; in fact, most of the creams and lotions we need to put on our skins today.

These little known companies can keep their product cost lower, and put more money into actually producing a better product, simply because they aren’t paying some celebrity millions of dollars to endorse their product. My job as a researcher is to find products produced by companies that are just like this. The companies that use the latest cell rejuvenation resources, tried and tested, so the consumer can benefit.

Using these natural ingredients found in organic skin care products on your skin will keep your skin looking healthy and naturally glowing, and will keep your skin looking younger, too.

Organic skin care is not something that is for tree huggers and vegans. Organic skin care is for everyone. Men, women, teens and pre-teens, and even children should take care of their skin. Do you use skin care products that you wouldn’t let your 10 year old daughter put on her sensitive, growing skin? Then why do you put it on yours? Your skin care products should be safe enough that you would trust it not to harm your curious child’s skin should she decide to give it a try (and you know she will).

The chemicals that are put in some skin care products can be very harmful to your skin and body with long term use. Some ingredients that are regularly used in skin care products have been found in some studies to cause tumors and cancers. Is this something that you want to put on your skin? Probably not. Use all natural, organic skin care products that are safe and even more effective than the products full of harmful ingredients.

FirePow Blogging Software - Customer Review

Blogs, Make Money, Product Reviews, Reviews 6 Comments »

FirePow is not a blogging software. It is a complete system with everything avaialble on one screen at the click of a button.

So far I have not seen a system as complete as FirePow. Now Andrew Hansen has added free hosting to make the system unbeatable.

I have been using FirePow for a month now. I can create one site per day. I get quality content from article directories, RSS feeds, Youtube videos. I can add my own original content too. I can add images to my articles. I can ping RSS directories as well as social sites.

I open the FirePow backend and without leaving that page I am able to accomplish everything. I can access the WordPress dashboard too right from within FirePow.

I get ready-made themes to use for my blogs. If I don’t like the themes of FirePow, I can generate my own theme by clicking a few more buttons. Or better still I can upload my favorite theme into FirePow.

I can promote my blog by submitting articles to FirePow’s exclusive blog network. I can check my SEO stats. I get training through reports, videos and special forum where Andrew actively participates. The training covers everything from Niche research to blog monetization. Andrew has created a blog himself through FirePow and shows every step of the process involved through a case study.

I can manage my blogs easily through a task manager that sets the blue print for me with exact time settings. Andrew has automated all that can be automated in blogging and at the same time has kept every option open for unique creations.

For example, ready-made themes, ready-made articles, ready-made pinging facility are all integrated, You need not even activate the plugins. They get activated automatically.

At the same time you can have your own WordPress theme, your own articles, special plugins that are available only to FirePow members and all the customization opportunity you might ever want to have in a super WordPress blog.

I was a beta tester for FirePow and I can tell you with 100% assurance that Andrew takes every bit of feedback seriously and takes immediate action to fix any and all bugs.

Here is a sample FirePow blog I created on the first day within an hour: http://getpaidtowork.com/blog

I spent a little bit more time and created a WordPress theme of my own for another blog.

Automated Blogs Vs Authority Blogs

Make Money Blogging, Product Reviews, Reviews 4 Comments »

The virtual world is splitting in the middle - on one side you have cheer leaders for automated blog creation systems and on the other side you have people who advocate putting in a lot of work to create authority blogs.

In the last four years of my online experience I have done most of the things. I have had blogs with PLR content, I have put up automated blogs and I have maintained just one or two blogs with my own content.

I fell for the sales letter calculations of $1 per day per blog means $1500 per month for 50 blogs. I readily paid one tenth of that amount as membership to the people who promised it. All I was asked to do was to do a bit of research, choose the niche, book the domain name, find RSS feeds and put up my blog and everything else will be taken care of. To this day I earn $1 per day from all the 50 sites put together.

I got PLR content, had no time for modifications or did not care enough, created many blogs. Put up AdSense and affiliate programs on the blog and waited for money to pour in. I am still waiting.

Now it is important that I have to make a choice. Do I want 100s of blogs that make me very little money? Do I want to work hard on one blog, that I will be proud of?

I am not saying this choice is very easy. At the beginning of online venture many may like to choose the easy way, the glittering path that blinds the reasoning mind. I am so calculative and I would never fall for any ordinary tricks of sales letters. Yet I fell for the ones which cleverly convinced me by promising very little - just one dollar a day per site - shouldn’t be too difficult, right?

And what was the other option? Work on your blog day-after-day and give it an authority status. Spend hours on market research, choose a niche you want to pursue for life, plan your site to the minutest detail, follow a systematic plan for promotion and post great content on the site, according to a plan.

The choices we make in life reveal the level of our own maturity. If you ask your child to choose between a thousand dollar note a piggy bank full of small coins, what they pick will depend on how old they are and how much they understand what that money can get for them.

Choices made by individuals depend on their maturity, previous experience and future aspirations of what they want from life. But the choice that requires no persuasion or conviction from others for me is to build one good content blog to balance the trash of 100s of others I have built.

It is not that I have worked less on those 100s of blogs. I had to spend time in research, I had to maintain them, add codes to them, promote them, check them periodically and so on. My energy was spread among 100 blogs. Had I focussed that energy on just one thing I could have lit fire through my WorldView. I could have ordered the solar rays to make fire for me but I was busy moving my magnifying glass over 100 destinations.

All is Well That Ends Well…

At last, my previous experiences and my future plans have taken a decision of their own to pursue the focussed path of building a lasting business through one Authority Site.

Dean Hunt’s ‘Buzz Marketing’ and Web Traffic Generation Tactics

Make Money Blogging, Product Reviews, Reviews 1 Comment »

How to get traffic to blogs and sites is the predominant question in every site owner’s mind. Every month tons of free reports are released about getting traffic to sites. I have read so much that if I just place the pen on paper my hands will start writing a traffic generation report.

Of late I have stopped downloading these reports. Most of them have the same content repeated over and over again.

Many also suggest creating a buzz by misleading others. I do not approve of such tactics.

I had a completely different experience today.

It all started with a simple quiz from Dean Hunt. Simple did I say.. it is unique and smart.

Just five questions in a PDF report.

I couldn’t believe it. I got 1 out of 5. :((

That too because I had already heard the fifth question some place. Had he used a different question in the place of question no. 5 I would have liked it better. But then I would have got ZERO!!!!

I am sure you can do better.

Have a look here…

www.webtrafficorgasm.com/How%20Smart%20Are%20You.pdf

From there I went and signed up for a free report.

And I got this gem of a ‘Web Traffic Case Study’. The report shows step-by-step how Dean Hunt created a buzz and got thousands of visitors to his site.

The beauty of it is the whole thing is absolutely simple when he explains it to us. He has taken a very ordinary list of 10 points and shifted the focus of the sentences very slightly, made a tiny change in the title and Wow!! did it create a buzz!!!

And his blog was on the front page of Digg and a beeline of visitors thronged to his site all eager to swallow his simple, super ideas.

You can get the free Web Traffic Case Study and check it out for yourself.

I am very particular about the language I use on my site and I don’t like the name of his site. I wish he had thought of a creative name for it.

But the report is superb! I wrote an email to Dean Hunt:

……………….

I appreciate the honesty in your creativity. This beats the usual perception honest, straight forward people are always a bore.

And the logical way in which you have analyzed your own creative work shows that you have the ability to teach it well to others.

Great report and great analysis. Looking forward to more from you.

…………………

His blog has a question that he was asked in an interview:

“Question: You are driving along in your car on a wild, stormy night, it’s raining heavily, when suddenly you pass by a bus stop, and you see three people waiting for a bus:

1) An old lady who looks as if she is about to die,

2) An old friend who once saved your life,

3) The perfect partner you have been dreaming about.

Which one would you choose to offer a ride to if there could only be one passenger in your car?”

To find the answer you have to go to his blog and read this post: Think Outside the Box

‘16 Steps to Success’ Free Webinar Day 2 - What a Session with Sam Clark!

Make Money Blogging, Product Reviews, Reviews 3 Comments »

Wow the second day session of ‘16 Steps to Success’ free webinar training was intense and comprehensive.

I have never been introduced to market research in such detail. And to think that I am getting all this for free.

I have a lot of homework to do. Just because it is free we are not just given a pat in the back and sent away so that we go to their paid course.

We are asked to do real serious work and each session is turning out to be about two hours each - intense and at times overwhelming.

I will get a pdf of all the slides used in the session and the homework sheets. I am going to have an extremely busy time until the next session on Tuesday.

I do not think I will be able to complete the work by then, I am neck deep into other things as well, but I will surely give it my best.

Those who have not signed up for these sessions or those who are not attending after signing up are missing a lot.

I just hope I do not miss benefitting from the session by not being able to complete my part of the commitment.

16 Steps to Success - I am with Sam Clark and Jack Humphrey

Make Money Blogging, Product Reviews, Reviews 2 Comments »

I have joined a free webinar course by Sam Clark and Jack Humphrey of ‘Authority Site Center’.

I have downloaded their great PDF reports and have been a strong supporter of creating authority sites rather than spam sites to make money.

Of course I want to make money otherwise I wouldn’t be here. But I want to do it in a way that is win-win for the buyers and for me. I barter self satisfaction for money and at times I prefer to earn less by doing something that satisfies me.

Right from the first time I heard about ‘Authority Site Center’ I loved the idea, I wanted to have one of my own but never got down to join them. I do not have a membership to ASC.

Why did I not join? It is strange. The very thought of deciding on one thing to do was so overwhelming, I was not sure I would be able to follow through their program if I joined them. I hate to spend money on anything I don’t use. It nags me so much that I have to use it or stop wasting money.

When I got this opportunity to attend a free webinar I seized it with both hands. I will go through it and find out for myself how far I can get to.

Today was the first session. I am impressed!

The amount of information I got in the nearly two hour webinar session was simply great.

I could ask this question - whether they have experience with people who don’t know what they want to do - and get a satisfactory response.

It is just the first day - but the whole plan is laid out and I am eager to move fast.

This seems to be the best program I have been part of.
