    Usually all press release services allow free sign-ups, but when you start creating and releasing, you find its requires premium membership to post your URL.
    Will check out, hope it will allow without premium membership!

    Yes, I have experienced that too. In this one I did not go in for premium membership first. Then I earned credits and used that to cover up for premium membership. Premium is $1 per press release – so that is not a great amount. Yet I have not paid them anything. I am just using the credits I have earned.
