Someone’s listening and doing something :-)

The manager and R paid me a visit today with three laptops and 3 data cards, and spent almost 2 hours testing out my data card on different laptops. My problem has not been resolved yet, but at least it looked like they knew what they were doing. The manager has assured me that he is taking a series of steps to identify my problem and resolve it. Judging by the fact that they have kept their promises for the past two times, I’m inclined to trust them
I’ll keep you all updated on what happens, and hopefully, the next time I’m writing a post, I will be using the Airtel Data card.
Wish me good luck and keep me in your prayers :-D,
Rangoo

Well I can tell you one thing…The Airtel Data Card is a waste of money. The only reason I use it now is coz of the Rs 4999 i paid for it. The card gives me a speed of about 20-30kbps speed on average. That too on a good day when the bandwidth is not shared by too many people. I was promised a lot more speed than that.
I was using an IBM ThinkPad. A few days after i installed the Airtel software on it( actually the technician installed it on my comp!!), the software corrupted my OS, my Hard Disk and my Video card. I was unable to retrieve any information from my laptop. Neither was I able to retrieve my hard disk or reload OS.
What did I do? Like an idiot changed my laptop and installed the Airtel software again. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the same thing does not happen to the new laptop. If it does, am suing Airtel.
