Whenever I get irritated about waiting for the payday or on those terrible Monday mornings when I am in no mood to get up, I wonder whether I should start my own business.
I know my job well and I know my office benefits a lot from my work. I would definitely benefit more by being on my own. But the one fact that irritates me about business is the paper work required to start it.
Once I did start the whole process. And then my table was flooded with all the necessary papers. I was supposed to pour through all the complicated mumbo jumbo and fill in forms. I just gave up and went back to work. That is when I felt wouldn’t it be better to have someone do it for me? If it doesn’t burn a hole in my pocket, I would gladly take help instead getting nothing but a headache out of the whole experience.
I did a Google Search and found Nevada corporations . I need to study them more thoroughly but as far as I know now, they are not lawyers and they don’t charge lawyer’s fees. They will do all the paper work for me and free me from all the unnecessary tension that results in giving up the whole project.
Nevada incorporation can set up corporation or LLC for me in any state. But according to them Nevada is best for business because there is no state tax. Really this is good to get such great tips in addition to be free of that complicated paper work, I hate to do.
Florida incorporation can even provide me with office space! How about that! If I am not yet ready to invest in an office, I can just use their space, free phone, internet and conference room - all for just $45 per month.
What can be better for a person like me starting a business for the first time after years of working for someone. Whatever I hated in setting up my own business will be taken up by Nevada Corporations and I can focus on what I do best.
Nevada corporations says, ‘If we receive the order and payment before 10 AM (PST), we will process it in 60 minutes. Then we will submit the paperwork to the Secretary of State for 24-hour processing (at noon). The next business day, we will pick up and scan Articles, and email them to you (around 2 PM). If you choose overnight shipping, we will get the Articles to the courier before 3 PM the same day, so you will receive them the next morning. (We can’t guarantee processing time by Secretary of State, USPS or DHL.) But still I don’t think you will find anyone with better system in Nevada”.
If you are going to start a business, I think you should certainly check out Nevada first.
