Q: How will I benefit from branding my vehicle?

Q: What’s involved in a vehicle wrap?
A: Design & Approval of Layout, then printing & preparation of media for installation, and finally the fitment of the graphics
Q: How long will my vehicle wrap last?
A: Depending on the quality of the media & inks, and whether the prints have been UV coated or laminated, anywhere up to 5 yrs.
Q – Will my paint on the vehicle be damaged when I remove the vinyls?
A – If the graphics have been applied to a factory painted surface the removal of graphics should proceed without any problems.
If the graphics are being removed from a vehicle with an inferior substrate, one may encounter the problem of the paint pulling off with the media, this is due to an area which has been resprayed or where cracking or peeling has occurred. vehicle branding
Q – Where are the installations carried out?
A – Either at the clients premises, should there be suitable facilities, or at our premises in Midrand, where we are able to fit in a controlled environment favourable for vehicle branding tasks.
Q – How do I care for my newly wrapped vehicle?
A – Avoid high pressure washers and the use of hard bristle brooms, this will obviously cause the vinyl to lift on the edges. Hand washing and the use of a mild detergent is recommended, with the use of a non-abrasive sponge.
Q – What time frame do we allow once the design is approved?
A – From the time of printing through to installation, one should allow for 4-5days. Prints need to cure/outgas, this may take anywhere up to 48hrs depending on the amount of solvent present on the printed media. Then the application which will depend on the degree of difficulty of the installation. Finally a day after the fitment, the vinyls to be rechecked for any lifting or finishing that may be required. That is in an ideal situation.
